Revelation 18
The warning: It will be all gone!
Revelation 18:14
And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.
The City:, only one rules over the kings of the earth at this time, from the U.N. at New York city. But Babylon was a city state, a powerful city state that ruled over an entire nation. When Babylon fell, so fell the nation it ruled.
Revelation 17:18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.
The tool against Babylon: The ten kings that received power from the beast will have one mind, giving their power and strength to the beast, these shall hate babylon and make her desolate, nake, eat her flesh, burn her with fire!
Revelation 17:12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
Revelation 17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

The reward for her works, double for her double, 4 times!

Because of this: ‘Her plagues will come in one day’ verse 8, in one hour verse 10,

-utterly burned with fire
-Lord God judges here
The Lifestyle will be wiped out!

Also figurative of being the ‘light of the nations’, she will be darkened permenately
