FREEDOM FROM PSYCHOLOGICAL DISTRESS
JESUS IS THE DELIVERER

FREEDOM
Christians can live free from mental torture, panic, envy, hatred, pride, self-pity, addictions, alcohol, drugs, sexual perversions, pornography, murder, retaliation, bitterness, unforgiveness, violence, temper, anger, self-will, stubbornness, disobedience, anti submissiveness, gluttony and all other forms of bondage, oppression and defilement!
Person=s inner problems.
The flesh, or the >old man.@ The old man is the carnal nature of the flesh. It is the rebellious will being influenced and tempted by Satan.
AKnowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin,@ (Rom. 6:6).

Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; 10 and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him,@ (Col 3:9?10).

Inner problems and evil spirits.
Demons tie themselves to the person=s mind, flesh or spirit. They won’t relinquish their evil hold unless compelled by a Christian that is empowered by Jesus.

ASubmit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you,@ (Jam. 4:7).
DEMONS ARE REAL

My people perish for a lack of knowledge.
AMy people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children,@ (Hos. 4:6).
Multitudes are tormented because Christians choose to ignore the power to cast out devils.
Folks can be bound by Satan,
AAnd others, tempting him, sought of him a sign from heaven. 17 But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth.18 If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because ye say that I cast out devils through Beelzebub. 19 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your sons cast them out? therefore shall they be your judges. 20 But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you. 21 When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace: 22 But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils,@ (Lk. 13:11,16).
COMPASSION
Jesus had great compassion for the possessed, He freed them and He gave His followers the empowerment to cast out devils.
Willful sin life causes devils. The scriptural answer is complete surrender to Jesus, (Rom. 6: 6-11). If submission to the sins of the flesh, commitment to the Lord and His Word and if a demon, cast it out.

AAnd they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts,@ (Gal. 5:24).
If it a question of demon possession, then cast it out.
AFor he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit,@ (Mk. 5,8, 16:17).
AFor unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed,@ and (Acts 8:7).
Only born again Christians have this ability.
Remember, you cannot cast out a person=s flesh nor can you crucify an evil spirit!
(Gal. 522), (Col. 2:6-9).
SPIRIT OF REBELLION
For REBELLION is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as idolatry and teraphim (household good luck images), (1 Sam.15:23). REBELLION carries curses: death, being cut off from the Lord, enslaved by our enemies (demons), etc. and many demons and disasters associated with REBELLION.
AAn evil man seeks only REBELLION; therefore a stern and pitiless messenger shall be sent against him,@ (Prov. 17:11).
Saul’s REBELLION caused God to send a demon to him and he became insane, (1 Sam. 16:14?23 and 18:10), and caused death to himself and his son and all of his descendants (except one).
“They did not refuse to obey, nor were they mindful of your wonders and miracles which you did among them; but they stiffened their necks and in their REBELLION appointed a captain, that they might return to their bondage [in Egypt]. But You are a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great steadfast love; and You did not forsake them. Therefore You DELIVERED them into the hand of their enemies, who distressed them. In the time of their suffering when they cried to You, You heard them from heaven, and according to Your abundant mercy You gave them DELIVERERS, who saved them from their enemies, (Neh. 9:17).
Saul’s REBELLION caused his kingdom to fall.
We can relate this to our homes, families, children, jobs. It is no wonder that our teenagers are so rebellious because the 160 year curse from the great-grandparents, then the 3rd generation curse from the grandparents, then the generation curse from us. No books can tell you what to do or how to raise your children. It is the curse of REBELLION and must be broken in THE NAME OF JESUS and the demons cast out. Then we will prosper and be fruitful as the Word of God speaks.
Thank God that JESUS became a curse for us, (Gal. 3:13). However, you must break the curses and cast out the demons in THE NAME OF JESUS. (Deut. 31:27; Josh. 22:22; Ezra 4:10; Job 34:37; Jer. 28:16 and 29:32).
Confess your iniquities and yours ancestor’s iniquities and break the Curse of REBELLION and repent:
Prayer: Father, In JESUS Name, I confess and repent and ask you to forgive me and my ancestors for the sin and iniquity of REBELLION. I go back ten generations on both sides of my bloodline and In The Name of JESUS, I break the curse of REBELLION in my life.
