Summary: There is a blood culture today. It fills our movies, videos, and deviant lifestyle that many live. It is in our wars, our bibles, and in our many religions. This blood culture is filled in the many avenues of life in the world today. It fills the bible from cover to cover. It also is in prophecy.
There is a blood culture today. It is at times harsh, vivid, and on display for all to see. This blood culture is repulsive to some and makes others gravitate towards it. We see this culture permeating all of society and is sweeping the world. We are literally bombarded by it daily.
One of the first places we find such culture is with the current political climate in Iraq. This is what we see daily on television, massive bloodshed and violence. This actually has the enemy rejoicing, for they see their weapon of shedding innocent blood as a divine plan of their God. It is hard to believe that these enemies of peace, as Muslim Jihadists, actually look forward to violence. They see nothing wrong with spilling innocent blood. Although, men are sinners, and indeed they are, yet, the spilling of their blood by another human will bring upon the perpetrator what we call bloodguilt, guilt by the spilling of innocent blood of another. This goes back to Cain and Abel. This is so important to the bible itself; we can trace it from Genesis to Revelation. Add to this that blood spilling also defiles the land in which they spill it. I go into more detail on blood guilt in my new book D Day for America.
From the four horsemen of the apocalypse to the move of the armies of the east, we have the spilling of blood. The last days pictured in Revelation is blood drenched. For those who hate the picture of blood, this is hard to miss. Even the fall and judgment of Babylon is seen from the standpoint of rewarding her double. For all the blood she has spilled of the prophets, saints, and people of God, she is recompensed double for her double. With all this blood we also can add in the actual end time battles, in which, the Anti-Christ and his armies at Megiddo (Armageddon) fight the Lord. Here we see the picture of blood flowing to the horses bridle. Believe this means a lot of blood.
This blood spilling picture is so full and complete in last day’s prophecy that many don’t want to forward ahead. The picture of this alone is frightening to many. However, the spilling of innocent blood, the recompense of those who shed innocent blood by taking their life and blood is biblical. Jesus himself on the cross spilled blood for all mankind, so they could be saved from eternal damnation. The Jewish leaders told Pilate that the “blood” of Jesus could be put on their heads. Pilate washed himself of the innocent blood shed. Although he is guilty of handing Jesus over to being put to death. He is still guilty of being party to it all.
Today, as well, we see a horrendous distortion of blood shed in America. The blood culture associates itself with sex. This carnal pleasure involves witchcraft, demonology, and vampirism. It all brings the shedding of blood together with lust filled rampages in sexual deviancy. This culture is racing through America and its youth at a breakneck speed. Today we find movies, videos, and games all bringing the life and death situation down to a click of a mouse or the turning on of a video player. It cheapens life and brings to young people the thought that death is alluring. Bringing in blood and sex makes it a pure demonic sexual deviancy. All this is flooding America today. By doing this, Satan has indeed cheapened life, bringing the importance of blood and its life to nothing. With this, it is easy to cheapen the Death of Jesus Christ and his shedding of blood for all sins. This reduction of the cross and the blood is done by the massive wave of blood culture sweeping the world.
In conclusion, again we find this blood culture in the suicide bombers of the Islamic movement. It is seen in the destroying of villages in Sudan by Muslim armies. It is seen in the many wars we have. For instance, we saw it in World war II with Japanese Kamikaze pilots. We have history to tell us about Count Dracula who was known as Vlad the Impaler. He impaled thousands upon sticks from head to butt along the road. This site was so frightening the enemy who invaded turned around and left. It is seen in the American culture as well. It is seen in the movies and media we watch. This culture is part of the last days we live in. It is designed to make you numb to it. Add to this the many murders, rapes, cultic slayings, and mass murders we have in America and you have the whole picture.
This is the last days. In this prophetic picture there is hope. For no matter how ugly it gets. No matter how bloody it gets. Jesus Christ, whose perfection met the cross of Calvary, brings hope to men everywhere. Upon that cross, perfection met sin and conquered the curse that was upon man. All man has to do is believe upon Jesus Christ, Messiah Yeshua and live. That is believe (trust in, rely upon, and cling too) Jesus Christ. If you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth Jesus Christ, that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. The main aspect of this Last day’s bloodshed will be to destroy the image and salvation that the Cross has brought through Jesus Christ. The devil will stop at nothing, for his time is short, to delude man and make him believe there is another way of salvation for man.
In all the blood, gore, violence, and hate, look unto Calvary. It is a picture of the hopeless of man without the cross of Christ and the work of redemption.
See the mercy of God today. Within all this end time prophetic events we live in, remember the greatest of all passages. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him would not perish, but have eternal life” Jn 3:16. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world though him, might be saved. For God commandeth all men everywhere to repent”.
